Hosteler\u00eda de las Islas Baleares (EHIB), destacaron la hospitalidad proactiva y la excelencia en el servicio como pilares de la innovaci\u00f3n culinaria durante la conferencia magistral \u00abLa Magia del Servicio de Hospitalidad\u00bb, organizada por el Infotep.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad tuvo como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y el intercambio de conocimientos en las \u00e1reas de hoteler\u00eda, gastronom\u00eda y servicios tur\u00edsticos, como parte de una alianza entre el Infotep, el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, Inverotel y Asonahores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la masterclass, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Calonge present\u00f3 t\u00e9cnicas modernas de cocina y cocteler\u00eda, entre ellas las aplicaciones de la espuma de sif\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de compartir la
