inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Willy Emmanuel Rivas<\/span><\/span>, quien iba a bordo de una motocicleta al momento de ser atacadoa a tiros.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"527\">Seg\u00fan versiones de testigos, el incidente estar\u00eda relacionado al microtr\u00e1fico de drogas en barrios de la parte baja de la localidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"671\">Hasta el momento, las autoridades no han establecido la identidad de los responsables ni las circunstancias del hecho.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1019\"
